1. Data Controller

NosferTech ("we", "us", "our") is the data controller for data processed in connection with the mobile game Market Pulse. Contact: privacy@nosfertech.com

2. Information We Collect

Market Pulse is playable without creating an account or providing your name, email, or phone number. Depending on the features you use, the following data may be processed:

• Game progress & settings — synced to our cloud save service via an anonymous device identifier, so you can continue your progress if you reinstall the Game or switch devices using the same identifier.
• Advertising identifiers & usage data — via our advertising and analytics partners.
• Purchase records — handled by Google Play / Apple App Store (we never receive full payment details).
• Crash & diagnostic data — anonymous technical information.

3. How We Use Information

• To provide, maintain, and improve the Game.
• To save and restore your progress across sessions and devices.
• To display advertising and process in-app purchases.
• To diagnose crashes and analyse aggregate usage.
• To tune game parameters and event configuration remotely.

4. Third-Party Services

• Google AdMob — advertising.
• Google Firebase (Anonymous Authentication, Firestore cloud save, Remote Config) — save/sync and game configuration. Anonymous Authentication assigns your device a random identifier; it does not collect your name, email, or any personal sign-in credential.
• Google Play Services — purchase processing.

You can opt out of personalised ads via your device settings ("Reset/Delete advertising ID" or "Limit ad tracking") and through the in-app consent prompt where required.

5. In-App Purchases

Purchase records — handled by Google Play / Apple App Store. We never receive full payment details; card numbers and billing information are processed entirely by Google Play Billing (or the Apple App Store on iOS), never by us.

6. Children's Privacy

Market Pulse is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

7. Data Retention & Deletion

Cloud save data is retained while your anonymous identifier remains active. To request deletion, see our Data Deletion page or email privacy@nosfertech.com.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your location (e.g. EEA/UK under GDPR, California under CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, and to object to processing or withdraw consent. Contact: privacy@nosfertech.com

9. International Transfers

Our third-party providers may process data in countries outside your own. Where required, such transfers rely on appropriate safeguards (e.g. Standard Contractual Clauses).

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.

11. Governing Law

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of Spain and the applicable data protection regulations of the European Union (GDPR), without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have in your country of residence.
