2. Information We Collect

Sweeplight is playable without an account. We do not ask for your name, email, or phone number. Depending on the features you use, the following data may be processed:

• Game progress & settings — stored locally on your device.
• Usage & analytics data — anonymised gameplay events and session data.
• Crash & diagnostic data — anonymous technical information.

Sweeplight does not display third-party advertising and does not offer in-app purchases.

3. How We Use Information

• To provide, maintain, and improve the Game.
• To save and restore your progress.
• To diagnose crashes and analyse aggregate usage.
• To tune game parameters and content configuration remotely.

4. Third-Party Services

• Google Firebase (Analytics, Crashlytics, Remote Config) — usage analytics, crash reporting, and game configuration.

Sweeplight does not use any advertising SDK and does not process in-app purchases.

5. Children's Privacy

Sweeplight is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

6. Data Retention & Deletion

Local game data remains on your device until you uninstall the Game or clear its data. To request deletion, see our Data Deletion page or email privacy@nosfertech.com.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location (e.g. EEA/UK under GDPR, California under CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, and to object to processing or withdraw consent. Contact: privacy@nosfertech.com
