2. Information We Collect

Vantage Circuit is playable without an account. We do not ask for your name, email, or phone number. In its current version, the following data may be processed:

  • Game progress & settings — stored locally on your device.
  • Standard platform diagnostic data provided by Google Play / Apple App Store (e.g. crash reports), where enabled at the platform level.

Vantage Circuit does not currently integrate third-party advertising, analytics, or in-app purchase SDKs. This Policy will be updated if and when such features are added, before they are enabled.

3. How We Use Information

  • To provide, maintain, and improve the Game.
  • To save and restore your progress locally on your device.

4. Third-Party Services

Vantage Circuit does not currently use any third-party advertising, analytics, or payment processing services. Distribution and installation are handled by the app store you downloaded the Game from (Google Play or the Apple App Store), subject to their own privacy policies.

5. Children's Privacy

Vantage Circuit is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

6. Data Retention & Deletion

Local game data remains on your device until you uninstall the Game or clear its data. To request deletion of any data we may hold, see our Data Deletion page or email privacy@nosfertech.com.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location (e.g. EEA/UK under GDPR, California under CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, and to object to processing or withdraw consent. Contact: privacy@nosfertech.com

We may update this Policy from time to time — in particular if advertising, analytics, or in-app purchases are introduced. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.

9. Governing Law

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of Spain and the applicable data protection regulations of the European Union (GDPR), without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have in your country of residence.
