Terms of Service — Market Pulse

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and play Market Pulse on devices you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment.

2. Acceptable Use

• Do not reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the Game except as permitted by law.
• Do not use cheats, bots, or exploits, or interfere with the Game's normal operation.
• Do not use the Game for any unlawful purpose.

3. In-App Purchases

The Game offers optional in-app purchases (starter packs, gem packs, ad removal, event passes). All purchases are processed by Google Play or the Apple App Store and subject to their terms. Except where required by law, purchases are non-refundable. Virtual currency and items have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for real money, and cannot be transferred between accounts or devices.

4. Advertising

The Game may display advertising, including rewarded ads, served by third parties subject to their own terms. See our Privacy Policy.

5. Progress, Cloud Save & Virtual Items

Game progress and virtual items are stored on your device and synced to our cloud save service using an anonymous account identifier tied to your device — no email, password, or personal sign-in is required. We are not responsible for loss of progress due to device failure, uninstalling the Game, clearing its data, or loss of access to the anonymous account identifier.

6. Intellectual Property

The Game, including its code, art, audio, and trademarks, is owned by NosferTech and protected by intellectual-property laws. No rights are granted except the limited license in Section 1.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Game is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NosferTech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Game. Nothing limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the Game at any time by uninstalling it.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain and applicable European Union law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence. Disputes shall be subject to the competent courts of Spain, where permitted by law.
