Delete Account — Wares & Heroes

1. Delete Local Game Data

The primary way to remove your game data from Wares & Heroes is to delete the app from your device. To delete your local game progress and data:

• Open your device's Settings app
• Navigate to Apps or Application Manager
• Find and select "Wares & Heroes"
• Tap "Uninstall" and confirm
• This will remove all locally stored game data from your device

Alternatively, you can clear the app cache and data without uninstalling:

• Settings → Apps → "Wares & Heroes" → Storage → "Clear Cache" and "Clear Data"

2. Delete Google Play Games Data

If you enabled cloud saves through Google Play Games Services, your progress may be synced to your Google account. To delete this data:

• Visit Google Play Games on a web browser
• Sign in with your Google account
• Find "Wares & Heroes" in your games list
• Click on the game and select "Delete" or "Remove from your profile"
• Confirm the deletion

This will remove the cloud save associated with Wares & Heroes from your Google Games profile.

3. Request Data Deletion from Firebase

Wares & Heroes uses Google Firebase Analytics to track gameplay data and app performance. To request deletion of analytics data collected by Firebase:

• Email us at hello@nosfertech.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request - Wares & Heroes"
• Include your device ID or any identifying information you have
• Request that all Firebase Analytics data associated with your device be deleted
• We will submit your request to Google and confirm completion within 30 days

4. Opt Out of Advertising Data Collection

To limit data collection by Google AdMob for personalized advertising:

• Open your device's Settings
• Go to Google → Manage your Google Account
• Select "Data & Privacy"
• Under "Ad settings," toggle off "Personalized ads" to limit ad personalization

Note that opting out of personalized ads does not delete previously collected data but prevents future collection for advertising purposes.

5. What Gets Deleted

When you request a full account and data deletion, the following information is removed:

• Your local game progress, achievements, and in-game statistics
• Cloud-synced game data from Google Play Games Services (if enabled)
• Firebase Analytics data associated with your device
• Any saved preferences or settings within the game

Note: In-app purchase records maintained by Google Play are not deleted, as these are required for platform security and billing compliance. However, your access to purchased items within Wares & Heroes will be removed upon game deletion.

6. Response Time

Local data deletion (via uninstalling the app or clearing cache) occurs immediately. Data deletion requests submitted to NosferTech will be processed within 30 days of receiving your request. Google may take additional time to process deletion requests on their end. You will receive confirmation via email once your data has been deleted.

7. Data Retention for Legal Compliance

While we delete personal and gameplay data upon request, certain technical logs and aggregated anonymized data may be retained for a limited period to comply with legal obligations, detect fraud, and maintain platform security. These records cannot be linked back to you personally and will be deleted according to our standard retention policies.

9. Right to Be Forgotten

Subject to legal restrictions, you have the right to request deletion of your personal data under privacy laws such as the GDPR (if you are in the EU) or applicable data protection regulations in your jurisdiction. Such requests will be honored to the extent permitted by law, within 30-45 days of receipt.
